How does AWS IQ work?

Provide us with the details of your problem and or requirements , and we will respond with a proposal for the work. Then Agree to the proposal in the aws console, For upfront or scheduled payments, you will agree to the payments when accepting the proposal. For milestone payments, we will send you payment requests as agreed to in the proposal, when the milestones are met. All payments and the associated charges will be charged to the payment method in your AWS bill. No need for purchase orders, or setting up new vendors.

Why would I use AWS IQ

All the expertise that is supplied on an IQ engagment is AWS certififed, and must maintain a high success rate. You can use AWS IQ when you need help getting started with AWS, or completing a project. AWS IQ can be used to implement a broad range of projects, and you can use it for a complete end to end deployment, or to supplement the skills in your organization today.

Who can use AWS IQ

AWS IQ can be used by any AWS Customer worldwide ( except China ).

What is the cost to use AWS IQ

There is no costs or additional fees to clients to use the AWS IQ service, on top of the agreed price for the project. Requests for a proposal are free.

Can I just get a few hours help?

Yes, subject to availablity, we can provide a consultant or engineer to help you out.

How do I pay?

AWS will charge the payment method registered to your AWS account. The bill will appear under AWS Marketplace > Professional services provided by Raindancers.Cloud.

What happens if I’m not happy with the work?

First of all, please let us know. The sooner we know theres a problem the sooner we can resolve it. You also can decline a request for payment. Please review all the work against the agreed deliverables, before approving payment. In certain circumstances a refund can be issued.

What currency will I pay in?

Payment will be made in the currency that your AWS Account is billed in. Currently our proposals will be priced in US dollars.

Can I cancel a project mid-flight?

You may ask us to stop work on a project at any time, at which time, we will stop work immediately, and prepare a final bill for any work that has been already completed.

How do we Grant access to our Accounts?

Access to your accounts ( if required ) can be granted through Amazon IQ, or via your normal authentication process. We will advise the level of access we require to complete work, and will work with you to ensure that that least possible privilidge is granted. Security is very important to us!

Can AWS Promotional Credits be used on IQ?

Credits can’t be used to pay for AWS IQ. However you can use credits for eligable resources that are spun up in your AWS Account.
